Warranty

 

If you ever experience an issue with one of our products, please email us detailing your issue and your order number to info@cinchpopuptents.com. We'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. Due to the complexities of some warranty issues and claims, it can take up to 5 business days for us to reply.

2 Year Limited Warranty

For 2 years from the date of purchase, Cinch will replace (at our discretion) defective parts at no cost to the customer. Cinch will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation.  

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from cinchpopuptents.com or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please submit proof of purchase with any warranty claims.
